• The YOGA Club assigns different responsibilities to students for smooth conduct of the program
• The club activities include conducting yoga sessions for students in order to be physically fit,also to improve body health, Mental health balance and flexibility
• A broad variety of Yoga sessions are being conducted for students to learn different yoga poses and its benefits.
• The club alsoorganizes program also for faculty members to relieve stress.
• The best performers are identified, and they are assigned to train other students, Train the trainer concept is applied.
